Email Marketing

  • Drive execution of email campaigns to lift acquisition, engagement and retention metrics
  • Participate in QA of emails to ensure accurate and error-free execution of links, segmentation, and content
  • Monitor email open rates, copy, list sizes, segments, engagement, lifecycle stages, etc.
  • Personalize automated drips based upon behaviours including open rate, previous page views, and communication preferences
  • Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
  • Assist in the development of campaigns for product launches, event promotion, nurturing flows, customer marketing initiatives
  • Pull and analyze data and report on email results on a regular basis
  • Work alongside email developer to create and optimize email templates
  • Maintain database hygiene
  • Partner with Lead Gen team on list import and lead management needs
  • Continually evaluate, A/B test and optimize brand communications
  • Daily monitor the health of ISPs and domains
